المنظمة is structured to serve the public interest through disciplined inquiry, independent judgement and responsible publication. Authority is delegated under the governing statutes, exercised through defined mandates and subject to appropriate institutional review.

المنظمة operates under founding statutes and legal instruments maintained as its institutional and governing record.
تحدد الأنظمة التأسيسية ولايتنا وحدودنا وواجباتنا وإجراءاتنا، وتحكم كيفية تفويض السلطة واتخاذ القرارات وصون النزاهة.
The public Strategic المجلس is an advisory body supporting strategic and intellectual direction; it is not a statutory governing body and does not exercise legal or executive authority. The composition of governing bodies and supporting documents are provided to competent and accredited authorities upon request.
