Dr. Ehrhart Körting is a German jurist and former member of the Berlin state government. He served as Berlin Senator for Justice from 1997 to 1999 and as Senator for the Interior from 2001 to 2011, with responsibility later extending to sport.

His earlier public service included judicial work and service as Vice-President of the Constitutional Court of the State of Berlin. Within the Organisation, he contributes expertise on constitutional affairs, public security, democratic institutions, crisis governance and the relationship between law, rights and public order.
