CERAX — European Organisation for Strategic Policy is an independent European platform for diplomatic, economic and strategic policy dialogue, representing its own institutional views. It is constituted as a group of non-profit entities established under national law in several European jurisdictions. Each entity is directed by its own governing bodies — a General Assembly, a Board and a Secretariat — through which authority is exercised collectively and institutional continuity is preserved, in accordance with its statutes.

CERAX papers and analyses are issued under the Organisation’s institutional responsibility; individual contributions reflect the professional assessment of their authors within the Organisation’s editorial framework.
