Otto Wiesheu is a senior German statesman whose career bridges economic policy, industry and German–Arab relations. A long-serving member of the Bavarian State Parliament, he served as Bavarian State Minister for Economic Affairs and Transport, where he shaped landmark initiatives to advance Bavaria’s economy on the international stage.
As President of the German–Arab Society, he has been a leading voice in building economic and political bridges between Germany and the Arab world. He brings to the Organisation extensive experience at the intersection of economic policy, industry and European–Arab relations.
